{"id":642,"date":"2024-12-03T15:12:10","date_gmt":"2024-12-03T14:12:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vorschau.tantralight.net\/?p=642"},"modified":"2025-05-23T11:12:51","modified_gmt":"2025-05-23T09:12:51","slug":"anonym-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tantralight.net\/anonym-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Anonym 3"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hallo Shafia und Nuri,<\/p>\n<p>Endlich komme ich dazu, ein Kommentar zum ersten Tantra-Wochen\u00adende zu schreiben.<\/p>\n<p>Also es war toll, hat wirk\u00adlich Spa\u00df gemacht. Die Gruppe war toll, das Erleben mitein\u00adander, sich \u00f6ffnen k\u00f6nnen, Emotionen zuzu\u00adlassen ohne sich zu sch\u00e4men war ein tolles Erlebnis.\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Ich kannte schon einige Methoden, die auch jede Woche in der Gemein\u00adschaft prak\u00adti\u00adziert wurden, wo ich gelebt habe, deshalb fiel es mir auch leicht da rein\u00adzu\u00adgehen. Doch bei Menschen ohne Erfah\u00adrungen, w\u00fcrde ich eine l\u00e4ngere Vorstellungsrunde\/Mitteilungsrunde (wie es uns geht, wo welche Blockaden liegen) am Anfang mit rein\u00adgeben, weil ich gemerkt habe, dass erst zum Schluss nach der Feed\u00adback\u00adrunde ein biss\u00adchen mehr Vertrauen zur Gruppe aufkam.<\/p>\n<p>Der Work\u00adshop war wirk\u00adlich sch\u00f6n struk\u00adtu\u00adriert und jede Einheit wurde gut erkl\u00e4rt.<\/p>\n<p>Je mehr Teil\u00adnehmer, umso st\u00e4rker die Ener\u00adgien. Doch war es auch ange\u00adnehm f\u00fcr den Anfang in einer klei\u00adneren Runde zu beginnen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Kurs\u00adleiter haben die \u00dcbungen sehr gut demons\u00adtriert und wir konnten uns alle gut in die Sache hinein\u00adent\u00adspannen. Der Raum war gehalten und voller Vertrauen. Es gab kaum Hemmungen. Gerade weil vieles auch mit Humor und Leich\u00adtig\u00adkeit gestaltet wurde. Die Snacks und Pausen zwischen\u00addurch taten gut und waren fami\u00adli\u00e4r. Ich f\u00fchlte mich sehr will\u00adkommen und auch immer gesehen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Atmo\u00adsph\u00e4re war sehr entspan\u00adnend und ange\u00adnehm.
