Am letzten Tantra-Tag war es die Ganz\u00adk\u00f6rper- Akti\u00advie\u00adrungs\u00adses\u00adsion, die f\u00fcr mich sehr intensiv war \u2014 sehr tief. Die einzelnen Phasen bauen aufein\u00adander auf und der K\u00f6rper wird mehr und mehr mit Energie gef\u00fcllt, bis er sich mit all der Energie, die er aufge\u00adbaut hat, der Sinn\u00adlich\u00adkeit hingeben darf. Nach dem Ende der Medi\u00adta\u00adtion zitterte ich noch minu\u00adten\u00adlang am ganzen K\u00f6rper und brauchte einige Zeit, um wieder ins Hier und Jetzt zu kommen, was f\u00fcr mich ein Zeichen f\u00fcr eine tief berei\u00adchernde Erfah\u00adrung ist.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\"><em><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Was war f\u00fcr Dich der H\u00f6he\u00adpunkt des Tages?<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Der H\u00f6he\u00adpunkt ist f\u00fcr mich immer die Begeg\u00adnung mit den Menschen auf den tieferen Ebenen. Sich gemeinsam einzu\u00adlassen und zuzu\u00adlassen, was zu diesen trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtiven Erfah\u00adrungen beitr\u00e4gt und den Raum f\u00fcllt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\"><em><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Was w\u00fcrdest Du gerne in Deinen Alltag inte\u00adgrieren?<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Die gef\u00fchrten Medi\u00adta\u00adtionen dort baue ich bereits in k\u00fcrzerer oder voller L\u00e4nge in meinen Alltag ein. Auf diese Weise finde ich immer wieder meine Mitte und bleibe in ihr. Das f\u00fchrt mich zu mehr Gelas\u00adsen\u00adheit, Freude und Kraft, um nur einige posi\u00adtive Aspekte zu nennen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\"><em><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Warum w\u00fcrdest Du diesen Tantra-Tag anderen Menschen empfehlen?<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"C9DxTc \">Tantra gibt mir Tiefe. Eine Tiefe, die ich in meinen Begeg\u00adnungen mit mir selbst und mit meinen Mitmen\u00adschen noch nie erreicht habe. Tantra hat mich wieder mit mir selbst verbunden, mit meinen innersten Gef\u00fchlen und Emotionen.
